San Juan Island community wants scoping sessions out on the islands. Good idea. Those big ships will be headed right through the islands.
Whatcom Docs have more health information.
Variances from setbacks are requested for towers.
John Watts detailed all of his blogs on the subject of coal (how nice of you, John!).
Judy and Lyall Bishop note that the March 21st pre-scoping meeting, while appreciated, didn't say anything about the 30 day public comment period. I wonder if the Bishop's are reading this blog? http://www.getwhatcomplanning.blogspot.com/2012/04/30-no-28-days-to-comment-on-coal-port.html
The Transportation Planner from Billings, Montana is now a party of record. Wonder why, and wonder if there might be scoping meetings in Billings?
9 Days Left to Comment. It might be your last chance.
