How to address the issues with an ordinance to amend the Ag Dist zoning provisions to allow for packing houses when the real issue is the utter lack of a systemic approach to zoning in an appropriate fashion for value added processing for all ag, some of which could be accessory uses if guidelines existed and amendments complied with them. We are in scoping now, I believe, for the EIS for the Comp Plan amendments. IMHO, each of us needs to sit down and think about the particular issues we are addressing, and draft comments accordingly.Terry Wechslernoreply@blogger.com
